Dissidia Final Fantasy
System: PSP
Posted: 06/27/2009 at 12:43AM
Size: 641MB
Language: English
Type: Roleplaying
Discription: Cosmos and Chaos, the gods of harmony and discord, respectively, are waging an all-out war through characters from all of the Final Fantasy games. Very few heroes are left, and the battles in Dissidia will decide who ultimately wins the cosmic war. But if you don't care about all that story babble, you can at least be excited that it's a fighting game developed by Square, right? Not only does the dude have one of the coolest theme songs (and the most maniacal bad-guy laugh) of any evil mastermind in existence, but he's also joyously cavalier about his all-consuming desire to destroy the world. As someone who thoroughly hates happiness in all its forms, Kefka revels in glee at the prospect of wanton cataclysmic destruction. It doesn't look like his Dissidia incarnation will quite match the three-tiered, dozen-man-roster battle that capped off FF6, but he's certainly just as unhinged as we remember.
