Discription: Griptonite Games is developing the new Assassin's Creed game on PSP for Ubisoft, and today, we've got the first screens and teaser trailer from Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines for your viewing pleasure. Ubisoft has supplied information about Bloodlines via the game's third-party producer Frederic Lefrancois, who reveals how the title fits into the Assassin's Creed universe: "Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines" follows Altair's story right after the events of Assassin's Creed as he hunts down the ascending Templars in Cyprus. It's the only game that explains the link between Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed 2. The game features eight new mission types and the same core gameplay as the original Assassin's Creed including the same free-running and combat system. Altair will be able explore two cities found in Cyprus; Limasol and Kyrenia. Bloodlines will feature PSP/PS3 connectivity. This will allow players that unlock health and hidden blade upgrades in Assassin's Creed 2 on the PS3 to unlock the same items in Bloodlines. Additionally, any templar coins and special weapons unlocked in Bloodlines will also be unlocked in Assassin's Creed 2.
